Deemah AlYahya

Deemah AlYahya is a Saudi technology diplomat and digital economy expert serving as Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO).

She was elected as the founding Secretary-General of the DCO in 2021 and was unanimously reappointed for a second four-year term in 2025.

Her work focuses on international digital cooperation, digital transformation, innovation, digital inclusion and the development of the global digital economy.
